Jacana Partners (SME Private Equity Fund)
Location: Kenya
Duration: 7 months (June- December 2013)
Job Description: Fellow would work closely with the CEO of a Jacana Partner portfolio company; small eye clinic in Nairobi (30 staff, USD 1m revenues per year) to implement the strategic plan that is currently under development. Ideal candidate should have operational/management experience in a for profit company. A Generalist who could do work on HRM, marketing, planning and reporting is preferred.

One Acre Fund (Sustainable Agriculture Fund)
Location: West and East Africa
Duration: 2 years contract (Starting June/August 2013)
Description: This is unique two year contract that provides a 1 year fellowship followed by a 1-year consulting position. Fellow will work on various One Acre Fund projects supporting African farmers to take their products to the market and end poverty. Ideal candidates should have experience either in international development, agribusiness, and social enterprise.

Mano Capital (SME Private Equity Fund)
Location: Sierra Leone
Duration: 3-12 months (Starting June/August 2013)
Description: Fellow with have the opportunity to facilitate financial inclusion in a post-conflict country, particularly working with small to medium size enterprises. Ideal candidate should have strong management/finance/accounting/audit background in SME’s. Overseas West African business professionals
