and with ongoing discussions Post 2015, the United Nations (UN) is interested in knowing the issues that matters most to you and your family. My World is a United Nations Global Survey for citizens. The UN aims to capture people's voices, priorities and views, so that world leaders can be informed as they begin the process of defining the next set of global goals to end poverty.
Which areas would like to see interventions for improved development? There are 16 issues listed on the My World 2015 website and out of these 16, you are expected to vote only 6 of the issues you consider really important and prioritize them if you like.
These issues include:
- Protecting Forests, Rivers and Oceans
- Better Healthcare
- Phone and Internet Access
- Action taken on Climate Change
- Political Freedoms
- Reliable Energy at Home
- Equality between Men and Women
- An Honest and Responsive Government
- Support for people who can't work
- Protection against crime and violence
- Better Job opportunities
- Better Transport and Roads
- Access to clean water and sanitation
- A good Education
- Affordable and Nutritious Food
- Freedom from discrimination and persecution
